How it works
Every watch is inspected in person by an independent partner dealer before it appears on Manasa. Here is exactly what happens.
If you are buying
- 1Browse watches that have already passed inspection. Look for the “Inspected” badge.
- 2Message the seller through Manasa. Their phone stays private unless they choose to share it.
- 3Agree to meet at the dealer that inspected the watch.
- 4Check the watch yourself at the dealer, then settle directly with the seller.
If you are selling
- 1Submit your listing with clear photos.
- 2We contact you to arrange the inspection with an approved dealer.
- 3You bring the watch in; the dealer inspects it and records the result.
- 4Once the inspection passes, your listing goes live on Manasa.
- 5The buyer meets you at the same dealer to complete the sale.
We are finalising our approved dealers. Submit your listing and we will contact you to arrange the inspection at the nearest one.
The watch you collect is the watch we inspected
We record the serial number the dealer saw on the watch. If the watch handed to you is not that watch, the sale is void and the seller is removed from Manasa.
The inspection is carried out by the independent dealer. Manasa is not a party to the sale and never takes custody of a watch.
What Manasa does and does not do
- We arrange the inspection and record what the dealer found, including the serial number on the watch.
- We publish your listing once it passes, and connect you with buyers.
- We do not inspect watches ourselves. An independent dealer does.
- We never take custody of a watch, and we are not a party to the sale.
- We do not handle payment. You and the buyer settle directly at the dealer.
What it costs
Listing and inspection are free while we build the dealer network. We will always tell you before that changes.
