Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Manasa. Please read them alongside the Seller Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Our guarantee, and its limits

The watch you collect is the watch we inspected

We record the serial number the dealer saw on the watch. If the watch handed to you is not that watch, the sale is void and the seller is removed from Manasa.

The inspection is carried out by the independent dealer. Manasa is not a party to the sale and never takes custody of a watch.

What Manasa is

Manasa is a marketplace that arranges in-person inspections and connects buyers with sellers. Manasa is not a dealer, an auction house, or an escrow service. We do not buy, sell, own, or take custody of any watch.

Inspections

Inspections are carried out by independent partner dealers, not by Manasa. We record what the dealer reports, including the serial number they observed on the watch. A passed inspection means an independent dealer examined that watch on that date and found it consistent with the listing. It is not a certificate of authenticity, an appraisal, or a valuation, and Manasa does not underwrite the dealer’s findings.

The sale

The sale is agreed and completed directly between buyer and seller. Manasa does not handle payment, take a deposit, hold funds, or arrange delivery. You are responsible for satisfying yourself about the watch, the price, and the other party before you pay. Inspect the watch yourself at the dealer before completing any payment.

Your account and listings

You must provide accurate information and have the right to sell anything you list. Listings that are misleading, that misrepresent a watch, or that attempt to move a transaction off Manasa to avoid inspection may be removed, and the account suspended, at our discretion.

Contact details

A seller’s phone number is shared only if that seller chooses to make it visible. Do not scrape, bulk-collect, or reuse contact details from Manasa for any purpose other than a specific transaction.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Manasa is not liable for the authenticity, condition, legal title, or value of any watch, nor for the conduct of any buyer, seller, or partner dealer, nor for any loss arising from a transaction between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
